The Customs Collection and Control Agency (ARCA) put into effect today (13.056.2025), through the General Resolution 5711/2025, a payment facility regime to regularize tax, customs, and social security debts due by April 30, 2025, inclusive.
The measure is voluntary adhesion and responds to ARCA's ongoing objective of promoting voluntary compliance with its tax obligations.
Points of the new plan
- Regularize taxes, withholdings, perceptions and customs duties (with interest and penalties).
- To 60 installments, according to type of taxpayer.
- Financing rate: 50% of the current compensation rate.
- Minimum payment per installment: $2.000.
To this end, the standard stipulates a Plazo:
- Already in force as of today, June 13th, 2025.
- Accession: from July 1 to December 30, 2025 through “My Facilities”.
A data important: the regime does not waive interest or release penaltiesCertain concepts (such as advances, ART, VAT for services abroad) and taxpayers convicted of tax or customs offenses are excluded.
