The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) appointed officials in the Judicial Department, with the consent of the General Subdirectorates of Legal Affairs and Customs Legal Technician and the General Directorate of Customs.
Through Provision 2024-39-E, dated January 22, it was designated as Acting Head of the Judicial Department at the General Directorate of Customs Pablo Sebastian Borgna, who is a lawyer with extensive experience in the entity.
In addition, he was appointed Virginia Edith Alapont as the Firm responsible for such
department.
Another appointment is from Maria Laura Barrueco as Assistant in the General Subdirectorate.
Finally, the AFIP arranged the designation of Paula Gabriela Pescio with Firm responsible for the department, legal advice and coordination.
