The Foreign Ministers of the MERCOSUR States Parties and Bolivia will meet in Assumption day 23 and January 24, within the framework of the Presidency pro tempore from Paraguay.
According to the Paraguayan Foreign Ministry, the following foreign ministers will be present at the meeting: Diana Elena Mondino of Argentina; Mauro Vieira of Brazil; Omar Paganini of Uruguay; and Celinda Sosa of Bolivia.
The meeting will analyze, among other topics, the priorities of the pro tempore presidency, the deepening of integration mechanisms, as well as the agreements with the European Union and other markets.
Paraguay has assumed political and legal representation pro tempore maximum of the Southern Common Market on December 7, 2023. Its duration, 6 months.
