The appointment and dismissal of ministers is one of the constitutional prerogatives of Argentine presidents. After taking office, President Javier Gerardo Milei formalized his Cabinet for the term that began on December 10 and will end on the same date in 2027.

- Interior: Doctor Guillermo Alberto FRANCOS (Decree 2 / 2023)
- Foreign Affairs, International Trade and Worship: Graduate in Economics Diana Elena MONDINO (Decree 3 / 2023)
- Trade: Dr. Luis Alfonso PETRI (Decree 4 / 2023)
- Security: Doctor Patricia BULLRICH (Decree 6 / 2023)
- Infrastructure: Graduate in Administration Guillermo José FERRARO (Decree 10 / 2023)
- Justice: Doctor Mariano CUNEO LIBARONA (Decree 9 / 2023)
- Health: Doctor Mario Antonio RUSSO (Decree 7 / 2023)
- Human capital: Graduate Sandra Viviana PETTOVELLO (Decree 11 / 2023)
Meanwhile, the tasks necessary to enable the activity of the President of the Nation will be attended to by the following: Presidential Secretariats:
