The Ministry of Agroindustry of the Nation, together with the Argentine Agency for Investment and International Trade and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship of the Argentine Republic, began an Agroindustrial Trade Mission to India.
The objective is to expand food exports to the Asian country, since the delegation includes 18 companies from Buenos Aires, Salta, Rio Negro, Cordoba and Santa Fe, belonging to sectors such as wines, vegetables, fruits, olives, vegetable oils, grains, silo bags, agricultural machinery and animal feed.
The mission began on September 9 in New Delhi and will continue in Bombay until the 14th. “On the first day of the Business Roundtable, more than 100 Indian companies and institutions participated, with an average of 25 meetings per participating Argentine company,” the Agribusiness portfolio described in an official statement.
Meanwhile, he stressed that "the first step has already been taken towards the Creation of the Indo-Argentine Chamber of Commerce in the Republic of India, "This will bring together Indian companies interested in strengthening bilateral trade relations."
