The Federal Public Revenue Administration established a policy of non-retaliation and confidentiality of information for those who file complaints for conduct contrary to those established in the Code of Ethics in force since March 2018.
This is established by the Provision 293/2018 published in the Official Gazette this Friday (2.11.2018).
What is the means of communication?
The Afip institutionalized the ethical channel as a means of communicating improper conduct made available to the public service to the citizens and agents of this Institution.
When a person considers that he or she is being subjected to acts of retaliation for having reported improper acts, he or she may file a complaint with the Institutional Integrity Directorate through the Ethics Channel by sending an email to: email to [email protected], personally attending the address at the headquarters building located at Hipólito Yrigoyen 370 (CABA) or any department of the Agency, or by calling the Complaints Service Center.
This regulation, signed by the head of the AFIP, Leandro Cuccioli, comes into force today.
