The Customs Collection and Control Agency (ARCA) made official a change in its management structure with the appointment of the lawyer Diego Carlos Figueroa as the new Deputy Director General of the Subdirectorate General of Customs Control, replacing the lawyer Juan Manuel France, who completes the functions that had been assigned to him.
This measure was formalized by the ARCA Provision No. 169/2025, published today (July 28.07.2025, 953) in the Official Gazette. The decision is made within the framework of the Agency's legal powers to organize its internal operations and manage its personnel, including Decree No. 2024/XNUMX, which dissolves the Federal Administration of Public Revenue (AFIP) and formally creates ARCA, thus initiating a process of transformation and reorganization.
The General Directorate of Customs (DGA), the body within whose scope this designation is made, is structured in four Deputy General Directorates: Customs Legal Technician; Customs Control; Metropolitan Customs Operations (which includes the Buenos Aires and Ezeiza customs offices); and Interior Customs Operations, which covers all Regional Customs Directorates.
It is established that this act will have immediate effect, taking full effect upon its publication.
