The General Subdirectorate of Metropolitan Customs Operations formalized the renewal and authorization of four general tax warehouses, located in strategic points of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires and the province of Buenos Aires.
The measure was adopted by the Resolutions Nos. 26, 28, 29 and 30 of the year 2025, in response to applications submitted by the permit holders of the warehouses located in the respective primary zones. These permits were granted after verifying the interested parties' compliance with the documentary requirements, as well as the physical and operational conditions required by General Resolution No. 4352/2018 and its amendment. These actions are part of the control and oversight functions exercised by the General Directorate of Customs, in accordance with the Customs Code, and aim to ensure the proper management of merchandise under customs control.
According to the regulations, the type of licenses They include both covered areas—closed and roofed spaces suitable for the physical storage of merchandise—and open areas or squares, intended for container operations, logistics maneuvers, and cargo consolidation.
Each room is valid for ten years, with the possibility of non-automatic renewal, which provides predictability and support to international trade operators.

- Terminals Rio de la Plata SA (Resolution 26 published on 14.05.2025/XNUMX/XNUMX)
Enabling of a new general tax warehouse of 46.630 m² in the Port of Buenos Aires, suitable for operations with common merchandise and IMO products (dangerous goods), except for those of higher risk (categories 1.1 to 1.6, 5.1 and 7). - DEFIBA Container Services SA (Resolution 29 published on 15.05.2025/XNUMX/XNUMX)
Renovation of the 11.512 m² property, located on Av. Pedro de Mendoza, in CABA, authorized to receive merchandise registered at any Customs office in the country. - Furlong Transport SA (Resolution 30 published on 15.05.2025/XNUMX/XNUMX)
Renewal of the tax warehouse located at Zárate, with a total area of 54.946 m², including covered facilities, a maneuvering yard, and customs offices. The facility was opened in accordance with AFIP General Resolutions Nos. 4352/18 and 5182/22. - Delta Dock SA (Resolution 28 published on 14.05.2025/XNUMX/XNUMX)
Renovation of a 125.200 m2 property in the town of Lima, district of Zárate, comprising 122.000 m² of square and 3.200 m² of covered area. The facility was originally authorized under Resolution No. 3.343/1994 of the former National Customs Administration.
Currently, and according to the official list published by the ARCA, there are 152 bonded warehouses authorized throughout the country, distributed in different customs jurisdictions.
