The national government has ordered the auction of a Mini Cooper brand car in a public event to be held this Friday (14.12.2018) in the Nuestra Señora de los Buenos Aires hall at Esmeralda 660, 3rd floor, in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
La Provision 172/2018, published in the Official Gazette, establishes that the indicated merchandise will be auctioned with a Base Value from $ 150.000
The vehicle in question is a "Mini Cooper" brand, "S Clubman" model, registered 209 VZM (Federal District of Mexico), entered under the Temporary Admission Request for Tourist Vehicles in 2010.
Clarification
The regulations clarify to the buyer that the General Directorate of Customs WILL NOT ISSUE documentation for registration with the National Directorate of National Registries of Motor Vehicle Property and Pledge Credits.
It is also stated that the car will be sold at auction, in accordance with the terms of the agreement entered into for this purpose between the Federal Administration of Public Revenue and the City of Buenos Aires Bank.
