Strengthening collaborative work and the exchange of good practices was one of the topics analyzed in the working meeting held by the management teams of the Customs of the regions of Arica and Parinacota, Tarapacá, Antofagasta, Atacama and Coquimbo (North), who analyzed the main milestones of 2021 and began management projections for 2022.
In the instance, they were valued collaborative work in the field of auditing, such as the joint use of scanner trucks and interregional crews, as well as parallel training and internship actions for the comprehensive approach to the dynamics specific to each region.
In the same way, it is They analyzed different projections and future scenarios based on current risk profiles with which Customs operates, which will allow generating working hypotheses that respond to the different realities experienced in the northern part of the country.
Finally, the joint work that has been achieved with other supervisory services, such as the Agricultural and Livestock Service, the Public Health Institute, the Internal Revenue Service, the Treasury of the Republic, Carabineros and the PDI, was evaluated very well.The work we have carried out as the Northern Customs Macrozone has shown us a series of common points and this has been transformed into good practices.
