Grain DJVEs will begin to be declared by shipping period

The Government establishes changes in the registration system of Foreign Sales Declarations (DJVE) for the soybean complex.

Through publication in the Official Gazette of the Resolution 51 / 2018, the soybean complex operations settlement system is put into operation, paying future rates of duties according to the shipping period in which the export will take place.

With this Tuesday's regulations, we return to the original criteria (Law 21.423), that is, record declarations by shipping period estimated by the exporter

Exchanges

  1. The will be preserved Validity of 360 days for DJVE, time within which said embarkation period will be included.
  2. They also incorporate a series of data to be reported by the exporter on the buyer, to comply with the requirements of  Aduana, dependent on the AFIP on "transfer prices".
  3. A different system is established for the bulk cargoes of those that go in containers.
  4. It is delegated to the Undersecretariat of Agricultural Markets, dependent on the Secretariat of Agroindustrial Markets, the granting of extensions and compliance without penalty on the Affidavits and the aforementioned Undersecretariat will begin to establish official FOB values ​​per month or shipping periods for the products covered by Law 21.453, for which information agreements have been signed with different Institutions.
  5. The objective is unlock future business of the soybean complex, vital for the generation of foreign currency for the country, whose sales were very delayed and, at the same time, improve the future purchasing power of the exporter which they hope will be transferred to the production sector.
