The Government appointed the new members of the National Tax Court with jurisdiction over taxes and customs through a series of decrees published in the Official Gazette.
Through eight decrees published this Monday (9.4.2018) in the Official Gazette, the national government filled the positions of members in the National Tax Court, with tax or customs jurisdiction..
Namely, the designations are as follows:
- Rubén Alberto Marchevsky in the position of Member with a degree in Certified Public Accountant with jurisdiction over tax matters of the Vocality of the 3rd Nomination of the TFN Decree 282 / 2018
- Pablo Alejandro Porporatto in the position of Member with a degree in Certified Public Accountant with jurisdiction over tax matters of the Vocality of the 6rd Nomination of the TFN Decree 280 / 2018
- Claudio Esteban Luis in the position of Member with a degree in lawyer with jurisdiction over tax matters of the Vocality of the 8rd Nomination of the TFN Decree 287 / 2018
- Viviana Marmillón in the position of Member with a degree in lawyer with jurisdiction over tax matters of the Vocality of the 7rd Nomination of the TFN Decree 285 / 2018
- Laura Amalia Guzmán in the position of Member with a degree in lawyer with jurisdiction over tax matters of the Vocality of the 2rd Nomination of the TFN Decree 288 / 2018
- Agustina O´Donnell in the position of Member with a degree in lawyer with jurisdiction over tax matters of the Vocality of the 11rd Nomination of the TFN Decree 286 / 2018
- Juan Manuel Soria in the position of Member with a degree in Abcattle with jurisdiction over customs matters of the Vocal of the 13th Nomination of the TFN Decree 284 / 2018
- Hector Hugo Juarez in the position of Member with a degree in lawyer with jurisdiction over customs matters of the Vocal of the 15th Nomination of the TFN Decree 283 / 2018
The National Tax Court is an organization within the Executive Branch, with jurisdictional functions aimed at resolving disputes that arise between taxpayers, responsible parties and other sanctioned parties, currently it is chaired by Dr. Ricardo X. Basaldúa.
