The national government authorized the carrying out of retail sales operations, including household appliances, in the Free Trade Zone of the City of La Quiaca, Jujuy.
This is established by the Decree 704 / 2018 published this Tuesday (31.7.2018) in the Official Gazette.
The new regulation states that the Ministry of Production will issue complementary regulations for implementation. Likewise, the General Directorate of Customs will establish the procedures for controlling compliance with the conditions for the entry of goods into the general customs territory.
The decree is signed by President Mauricio Macri, Marcos Peña and the Minister of Production, Dante Sica.
