The Federal Public Revenue Administration has decided to establish general rules for the declarations of food and junk that cruise ships and cargo vessels, both national and foreign flags, must submit upon their arrival in the country.
This is what the General Resolution 4317/2018 published this Wednesday (10.9.2018/XNUMX/XNUMX) in the Official Gazette.
In this sense, the AFIP approves the forms “1645- Ship´S Store Declaration / Ship's Warehouse”, “1646 – Store List Deck / Deck Elements Warehouse”, “1647 – Engine / Machine Warehouse” and “1648 – CEfect Declaration / Warehouse”, the regulations say.
In addition, it indicates that the measure responds to the need for simplify and streamline the presentation of the formalities and documents required for such vessels.
The new general resolution comes into force today.
