Argentina updates port data on TAD platform

The Government has made mandatory the national updating of port data on the TAD Remote Procedures Platform of the Electronic Document Management system.

This is established by the Provision 43/2018 published this Monday (8.10.2018) in the Official Gazette.

The regulations state that all ports They must complete the remote procedure (TAD) called “Registration in the National Port Registry”, by entering the site: https://tramitesadistancia.gob.ar/

Multipurpose File Record

The measure enables the implementation of the Multipurpose File Registry in order to have Updated information on Argentine ports, in an integrated system to exchange information with other agencies of the National State for the purposes of Better public control, promotion and development of the port sector.

On the other hand, it creates the National Port Registry under the National Directorate of Ports and Waterways, where the registration detailed above must be completed.

The provision, which enters In force from today until January 27, 2019 inclusive, is extended for knowledge to the Argentine National Prefecture and the General Directorate of Customs.
