The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) extended until July 31 the period of adherence to the plan for regularization of tax, social security and customs obligations for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MiPyMES), self-employed, freelancers and non-profit entities, through the General Resolution 4755/2020.
The regulations, published this Friday (03.07.2020/XNUMX/XNUMX) in the Official Gazette, indicate the deadlines, due dates and other details of the measure.
The decision seeks to ensure that adherence to the regime is not affected by the pandemic and makes the economic recovery pursued by the Law of Social Solidarity and Productive Reactivation effective.
In this way, the decision allows taxpayers regularize tax, social security and customs debts due up to November 30, 2019.
The provisions of the General Resolution, signed by the head of AFIP, Mercdes Marcó del Pont, come into effect immediately.
