The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) created the Fiscal Registry of Exploited Rural Lands, that It will allow the identification of those who carry out land exploitation operations on their own behalf or on behalf of third parties, it was reported on Tuesday (25.07.2017).
"The new system will work via web and in this way the number of face-to-face procedures that taxpayers must carry out is reduced," AFIP said in a statement.
Currently, all procedures for registering or updating data relating to rural properties for the Tax Registry of Grain Operators must be carried out at the offices of the tax authority.
Registration in the rural land registry will be done online using the Tax Code with online validations and will allow supporting documentation to be attached in PDF format.
