The Libertad frigate, the flagship training ship of the Argentine Navy, docked in the port of Southampton, south of the United Kingdom.

The Navy ship docked at the Reina Isabel II terminal after a journey that began on March 25, when it left the Naval Station in the city of Buenos Aires.
Upon arrival at the British port, the Argentine ambassador in London, Carlos Sersale di Cerisano, welcomed the crew of the frigate, made up of 27 officers and 61 non-commissioned officers who are in their last year of training as midshipmen.

The Frigate will be open to the public until next Friday to display the exhibition "Arte Libertad 2017", with representative paintings by artists from six Argentine provinces, before setting sail for Spain on Sunday.
