Many ships that carry grains, soybeans or derivatives, by-products such as flour or oils, but especially those that carry grains, load a quantity in the Port of Rosario, and the rest of the load is completed in the Port of Quequén." He added: "That is why we are two complementary ports and we have made a cooperation agreement to detect the weak points in the logistics chain and to try to Carry out improvements that, on the one hand, make operations more efficient.; and on the other hand, that the costs for producers are more beneficial.”

For his part, the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport, Eng. Jose Garibay He said: “I think it is an agreement that will bring the possibility of complementarity, the expectation that there will be a reduction in logistics costs, that there will be a synergy in the management that each of the ports does and we can take advantage of the experience of a port like Quequén. Now we expect concrete results. Everything will fundamentally result in a Reduction of logistics costs, which is so important for the province and for Argentina"because if we do not develop our export capacity, it will be very difficult for us to have a way out as a country."
