The first operation with this document in electronic format was launched at the port of Buitrago at the Ternium Argentina plant in the Buenos Aires town of San Nicolás. AFIP regulations establish that the International Customs Transit Computer System (SINTIA) must be used for the procedure for registering and monitoring the document called “International Cargo Manifest/Customs Transit Declaration (MIC/DTA) electronic river cargo manifest”.
