The National Tax Court extended the extraordinary holiday for the change of customs jurisdiction until June 10 of this year, in coordination with the schedule agreed with the authorities of the Ministry of Economy.
The measure was formalized this Thursday (09.06.2022/XNUMX/XNUMX) through the Resolution 51 / 2022, in whose text the highest court clarified that the extension is carried out "without prejudice to the validity of the procedural acts carried out."
The decision was made because "the accumulation of tasks led to Reschedule the planned moving schedule for the General Secretariat of Customs Affairs and the Customs Entry Desk, for the dayss June 6, 2022 to June 10, 2022, inclusive."
In this way, the measures established by Resolution No. 35/2022, rectified by 47/2022, were extended.
