New developments for the temporary import classification certificate

-

The Secretariat of Industry, Knowledge Economy and Foreign Trade Management has incorporated Some modifications for obtaining the Temporary Importation Classification Certificate (CTIT), through Resolution 811 / 2021.

In the recitals of the regulations, published this Friday (19.11.2021) in the Official Gazette, reference is made to situations exposed as a consequence of Covid-19 that have led to the closure of borders and modification of contracts, for which it is imperative and necessary to update the deadlines corresponding to the obligation to export, in those large-scale operations at an international level that comply with certain stipulated requirements, by virtue of the implications they present.

For this reason, in order to obtain the Temporary Importation Classification Certificate (CTIT) in accordance with Decree No. 1.330 dated September 30, 2004 and its amendments, the user must submit an application through the Remote Procedures (TAD) web platform or the one that replaces it in the future, in accordance with the terms of this resolution, for which it is recommended to access it, given its extension.
