Argentine airline Lasa confirmed what it had announced in November 2017: it will begin operating flights to Chile, specifically to the cities of Temuco and Puerto Montt.

The Ministry of Transport has granted the company “five new routes”, which include a total of 13 connections.

Within this framework, flights will be carried out - on a start date to be confirmed - that They will connect the two Chilean cities with Neuquén, Bahía Blanca and Mar del Plata (in the case of Temuco), and Neuquén, Bariloche, Santa Rosa and Mar del Plata (in the case of Puerto Montt).

The expansion of routes meant for Lasa a US$ 73 million investment.

The new routes in Argentina and Chile will also lead to the airline generating more than two thousand jobs.
