Digital certificate of origin implemented between Argentina and Uruguay

The Federal Public Revenue Administration implements the Pilot Plan for the Digital Certificate of Origin between Argentina and Uruguay.

According to General Resolution 4137-E The objective of the measure is the progressive replacement of paper certificates of origin by Digital Certificates of Origin (COD) for cocontribute to trade facilitation between countries

The rule published this Friday (29.09.2017/XNUMX/XNUMX) establishes that exporters of merchandise destined for Uruguay and importers who enter merchandise originating in that country, within the framework of Economic Complementation Agreements No. 18 and No. 57, will be able to process the COD.
