The Executive Branch formalizes appointments in AFIP and in the Ministry of Economy

The National Executive Branch (PEN) formalized this Thursday (14.12.2023/XNUMX/XNUMX) the appointment of the head of the Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) and officials in central areas of the Ministry of Economy, through a series of decrees.

Through the Decree 32 / 2023, the lawyer was appointed Florence Misrahi, who will be in charge of the AFIP , a decentralized body acting within the scope of the Ministry of Economy. To this end, its article 1 states: "The resignation submitted by the public accountant Carlos Daniel Castagneto is accepted as of December 9, 2023."

Meanwhile, the graduate in Economics Carlos Jorge Guberman, will be in charge of the Secretariat of Estate, according to Decree 31 / 2023.

And the graduate in Economics Paul Augustin Lavigne will be the Secretary of Trade to As of December 12, by order of the Decree 30/2023.

All decrees bear the signatures of President Javier Gerardo Milei and the Minister of Economy Luis Andrés Caputo, given that the PEN is responsible for the management of the National Public Administration, among its main functions.
