The Central Bank of Argentina (BCRA) has launched a new system to streamline the tracking of export payments.

The Central Bank of the Argentine Republic (BCRA) announced today (04.11.2025) the launch of a new digital tool that will simplify and expedite access to information related to tracking export payments for goods.

The initiative is part of the process of "modernization and simplification of procedures in the public administration" promoted by the agency and seeks to facilitate the direct management of exporters in fulfilling their obligations related to the entry of foreign currency.

Direct access to SECOEXPO without intermediaries

The new feature consists of a visualization module within the system SECOEXPO (Monitoring of Export Payments for Goods), which offers direct, easy, and personalized access to the data available in the BCRA registry. To use it, exporters must log in with their Tax ID through the ARCA website to the service called “BCRA – Foreign Trade Monitoring”.

According to the agency, this platform will allow users to check the status of all their boarding permits and access specific lists identifying those that have already received their certification of compliance, permits that are in non-compliance, or those nearing expiration. Users will also be able to perform other customized queries and easily download their results.

The monetary authority highlighted that this service will offer exporters, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, a simpler method to directly know the status of their monitored operations, as it allows them to view "the latest information provided to the BCRA by Customs and/or the financial entity in charge of monitoring that was nominated."

In operational terms, the BCRA highlighted that the new tool “contributes to strengthening transparency and control in foreign trade operations” and represents a significant step to “reduce the administrative burden on exporters and financial entities, improve the quality and traceability of information and promote a more agile and efficient operating environment for all actors in the sector.”
