The Ministry of Agribusiness reported that, through the Undersecretariat of Agricultural Trade Control (SUCCA), it removed four establishments from the Single Registry of Operators of the Agroindustrial Chain (RUCA), in the Cooperatives category, for not meeting the conditions stipulated in the Law that regulates them and for having revoked their operation and registration by the National Institute of Associativism and Social Economy (INAES).
The procedure included the cooperative "Virgen de Luján"; Coo.Tra.Fri.Ya. Ltda (formerly Yaguané), La Victoria Limitada de Temperley and the Castelli Work Cooperative, given that they have been suspended by a resolution duly notified by Inaes.
Likewise, Frigales SA of General Arenales was preventively suspended, as it was verified that it had loaned its license plate to third-party operators; Grupo Tresnal SRL of Navarro, as serious asymmetries were found between the stock in the warehouses and what was recorded in the Electronic Transit Document (DTE); and Frigorífico "El Fuego y el Agua" of Cañuelas, as it was verified that it had failed to comply with social security regulations.
On the other hand and in compliance with the Decree No. 853/2017, which establishes payment prior to slaughter, suspended 15 licenses of different operators for not having made the corresponding Electronic Payment Voucher (VEP) payments.
