the national government provides clarifications on issues related to value-added tax withholding agents in the Simplified Agricultural Information System “SISA”, established by the Ministry of Agroindustry, the National Service of Agri-Food Health and Quality, the National Seed Institute and the Federal Administration of Public Revenue.
This is established by the General Resolution 4324/2018 published in the Official Gazette on Monday (29.10.2018).
The regulations will come into force on Tuesday (30.10.2018).
