The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) dismantled a fake invoice factory that harmed the treasury in more than $ 500 million through the creation of fictitious companies. 
 

How did the organization operate?

The scheme consisted of creating shell companies in the names of insolvent people. to issue invoices that were then sold in order to reduce the tax burden. It is estimated that more than $500 million was evaded under this method.

Where did the raid take place?

The 6 raids were carried out in private homes in the Buenos Aires town of Quilmes and the City of Buenos Aires.

Do you test in a cistern?

Those involved tried to hide the evidence in a cistern located in the courtyard upon the arrival of the AFIP inspectors, however, notes, invoices, checks and computers, among other things, were seized.

The raids were ordered by the Federal Criminal and Correctional Court of Quilmes in charge of Dr. Luis Armella, Secretariat No. 2 in charge of Dr. Pablo Wilk.
