AFIP delimits Pocito primary customs zone in San Juan

The Federal Public Revenue Administration proceeded to delimit and enable the  Pocito Primary Customs Zone, in the Province of San Juan, through the General Resolution 5062/2021.

The regulations, published this Tuesday (31.08.2021/XNUMX/XNUMX) in the Official Gazette, mention the criteria and procedures that must be observed for the delimitation of the Primary Customs Zones in the Interior Customs.

In this regard, it states that "the proposed perimeters meet the conditions required for their qualification as a Primary Customs Zone, in accordance with Article 5 of the Customs Code - Law No. 22.415 and its amendments."

This area has a total area of Fifty-two thousand two hundred and forty-four point twenty-seven square meters (52.244,27 m2), as detailed in the annex accompanying the official text.

This General Resolution shall enter into force upon its publication in the Official Gazette.
