The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) carried out control operations on 67 establishments in the ski clothing and accessories sales sector.
In these shops, officials drew up 47 violation reports, of which 14 may lead to closure sanctions of between 2 and 6 days, the statement said.
Type of fouls
The main irregularities detected were: Non-acceptance of electronic payment methods, lack of an authorized fiscal controller, failure to display the Data Fiscal form and not having printed supporting vouchers, among others.
In addition, in one of the homes visited in the town of José León Suárez, province of Buenos Aires, merchandise was interdicted that did not have the corresponding proof of origin, for an estimated value of more than $50.000.
For its part, the General Directorate of Social Security Resources relieved the staff of the premises, to then verify it with what was declared by the employer in order to detect possible inconsistencies.
Objectives
The operations were carried out with the dual objective of inducing improve compliance and determine possible evasion maneuvers.
