AFIP established a series of benefits in the Miniplan for payment facilities for Income Tax and Personal Property.
The modifications were fixed in the General Resolution 4479 published this Thursday (9.5.2019) in the Official Gazette.
On the one hand, this plan included the payment of taxes to financial income and the sale of real estate.
On the other hand, a preferential interest rate of 2,5% per month was set. for those who submit their tax return for any of these four taxes in advance by May 31.
However, if taxpayers file their tax return from June 1, the applicable rate for this plan will be the one that governs the payment of compensatory interest (which currently amounts to 3,76%).
«It should be noted that since last month, applications for filing tax returns for the aforementioned taxes have been available on the web., says the AFIP statement.
