Costa Rica Customs hires Tradelens to examine blockchain-based document flows

TradeLens announced on Monday (01.03.2022) that the Costa Rican Customs Authority will integrate with its blockchain-powered platform to review containerized shipping events and transport documents, including bills of lading. Important information recorded in specific data fields of transport documents will be used in the verification tests. Costa Rica Customs also plans to share critical event information through the TradeLens platform, making customs clearances and other critical milestones available to authorized parties..
