The sentences handed down by the chambers with customs competition of the Argentine Tax Court have been incorporated into the online case law search engine of the Single Window for Foreign Trade (VUCE).
The measure is implemented as of today (15.03.2023) with the purpose of speeding up and facilitating the location and downloading of such legal records, allowing a thematic search of the decisions adopted.

For this purpose, the Executive Unit of the Argentine Foreign Trade Single Window Regime and the National Tax Court, both agencies dependent on the Ministry of Economy, signed an agreement on February 28, with the purpose of incorporating the aforementioned judicial decisions into that single point.
The signing took place during a meeting between the President of the National Tax Court, Miguel N. Licht, and the Director of the Foreign Trade Single Window Project, Rodrigo Puertolas, concluding the first stage that includes jurisprudence on customs jurisdiction.
There is also a commitment to include, in a second stage, the judicial decisions of the tax chamber of the National Tax Court.
The search engine is available at the following link: https://ci.vuce.gob.ar/jurisprudencia
