Tax Court: Agreement on its operation during the judicial recess

The Tax Court of the Nation established the operation of the Tax and Customs Courts during the Judicial Fair, between the days 1 and 31 of January of 2021.

This is determined by the Resolution 64 / 2020 of the autonomous body, published this Monday (21.12.2020) in the Official Gazette, whose text publishes the Agreement dated December 17, 2020.

The details of the measure adopted are as follows:

Fair hall with tax jurisdiction

Composed of Drs. Claudio Esteban Luis (from 1 to 17 inclusive), Agustina O'Donnell (from 18 to 31 inclusive), José Luis Pérez (from 1 to 10 inclusive), Viviana Marmillón (from 11 to 17 inclusive), Armando Magallón (from 18 to 24 inclusive), Edith Viviana Gómez (from 25 to 31 inclusive), Daniel Alejandro Martín (from 1 to 10 inclusive), Rubén Alberto Marchevsky (from 11 to 24 inclusive) and Pablo Alejandro Porporatto (from 25 to 31 inclusive)”.

Composed of Drs. Héctor Hugo Juárez (from 1 to 17 inclusive), Horacio Joaquín Segura (from 22 to 31 inclusive), Claudia Beatriz Sarquis (from 1 to 10 and from 18 to 21 inclusive), Miguel Nathanlight (from 11 to 31 inclusive), Pablo Adrián Garbarino (from 1 to 18 inclusive), Christian Marcelo González Palazzo (from 19 to 31 inclusive).

We recall that The National Tax Court is an autonomous body, specialized in tax and customs matters., which deals with the resolution of appeals filed by taxpayers against acts issued by the Federal Public Revenue Administration -DGI and DGA-.
