Within the framework of complaint made by the Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) on August 29, 2017 in the Criminal and Correctional Court No. 6, Secretariat No. 12, by violation of tax secrecy, Judge Rodolfo Canicoba Corral ordered the carrying out of several raids on companies, private homes and AFIP offices.
The investigation involved the intervention of the AFIP Internal Audit Directorate, with the collaboration of the Federal Intelligence Agency (AFI), and involved the decryption of computers, wiretapping and data cross-referencing.
