The national government proceeded to exclude 11 tariff items from the non-automatic licensing process, which will now be treated as automatic licenses.
In Provision 35/2021, published this Friday (01.10.2021), it is interpreted that the goods included in these tariff items must be integrated into a greater dynamism based on consumer needs.
Accordingly, Annex XI of Res. 523/2017 is replaced by the Annex integrated into IF-2021-92550436-APN-SSPYGC#MDP
