The Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation appointed the new authorities of the Directorate of Judicial Assistance in Complex Crimes and Organized Crime, of the National Judiciary, an organization that provides support in investigations of drug trafficking, money laundering and organized crime.
The measure was arranged through the Agreed 8/2026, published today (06.05.2026) in the Official Gazette, and was carried out through a draw among federal judges.
The judge Carolina Laura Robiglio, A member of the National Chamber of Appeals in Economic Criminal Matters was appointed as director of the agency. She has experience in economic criminal law, with involvement in cases related to financial and customs offenses.
Judge Diego Martín MateucciThe Federal Oral Criminal Court of Jujuy was appointed as deputy director. He is part of the federal court with jurisdiction over complex criminal cases.
Both officials will serve for one three-year period.
The agency plays a technical role in assisting complex investigations that require coordination between different jurisdictions and security forces, providing specialized information analysis, technological support and judicial intelligence tools at the request of the competent authority.
