Dr. Ricardo Xavier Basaldúa has resigned as president of the National Tax Court, a decentralized body currently under the jurisdiction of the Secretariat of Public Revenues of the Ministry of Finance.
Such resignation was made official at the Decree 129 published in the Official Gazette this Friday (15.2.2019). Ricardo Basaldúa is a prominent jurist, he joined the Tax Court in 1992, was co-editor of the National Customs Code (Law 22.415) and served as president of the aforementioned court since December 20, 2016.
The legislation is signed by President Mauricio Macri and the Minister of Finance, Nicolás Dujovne.
