Through Resolution 4/2022, the Ministry of Productive Development, through the Secretariat of Industry, Knowledge Economy and Foreign Trade Management, has proceeded to grant Recognition of Non-Preferential Origin to merchandise originating in Indonesia, under tariff item 6911.10.10, 6911.10.90, 6911.90.00 and 6912.00.00.
The regulation, published this Wednesday (05.01.2022/XNUMX/XNUMX), indicates that in view of the antidumping measures that govern goods included in these tariff items, the importing firm submitted the respective information on product composition and data of the exporting manufacturer, the administrative authority understanding that all the previous questions were completed, which is why the imported products are considered to be of Indonesian origin.
In view of this, the resolution states: “the declared origin of the tableware classified under the tariff item of the Common Nomenclature of MERCOSUR (NCM) 6911.10.90, of the Republic of Indonesia, is recognized, for meeting the conditions to be considered originating in the Republic of Indonesia, in accordance with the provisions of Article 14 of Law No. 22.415 (Customs Code) and Article 3 of Resolution No. 437 dated June 26, 2007 of the former Ministry of Economy and Production and its amendments.”
This resolution shall enter into force on 6 January 2022.
