Until November 9th, it can be visited at the Delegation of the Government of Santa Fe in Buenos Aires, the Uruguayan photographic exhibition, which is a creation of the Government of that province, the Embassy of Uruguay in Argentina and the Consulate General of Uruguay in Rosario.
The initiative brings together artists, musicians, actors, footballers, politicians and academics from the East who stood out for their leadership and professional significance through the lens of renowned photojournalist Leo Barizzoni. It also aims to share culture with people.

The people portrayed are: Hermenegildo Sabat; Jaime Roos; Ruben Rada; Diego Forlan; the Nos Quartet; Dani Umpi; Maria Noel Riccetto; Cecilia Mattos; Julio Alpuy, among others.
About Leo Barizzoni: is a photographer, born in Montevideo, a photography teacher who has worked in the media since 1994. He has participated in collective exhibitions in Uruguay, Washington and Brussels and is the author of several publications with his photographs. In 2005 he published “Imágenes caminandontes” (Walking Images) (Banda Oriental); in 2008 “Uruguayos” (Santillana), more than one hundred portraits of personalities from his country; in 2010 he published “Buitres…el cielo puede espera” (Buitres…el cielo puede espera) (Santillana), a nearly 14-year follow-up of the Uruguayan rock band Buitres después de la una. He is also co-author with Mario Delgado Aparaín and Carlos Contrera of the book Boliches Montevideanos (2005).
