The Government decided to establish a special validity period of 90 days for export applications for products included in Annex I of Decree No. 576 of September 4, 2022, of the Export Increase Program.
This is established by the General Resolution 5277/2022 of AFIP, published this Tuesday (01.11.2022) in the Official Gazette, in whose recital it was recalled that Export Increase Program is intended for subjects who have exported soybean manufactures and their derivatives in the last 18 months immediately prior to the validity of the aforementioned decree, with the aim of strengthening the reserves of the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic and stimulating the generation of genuine income for the National State.
It was also stated that such "extraordinary and temporary" measure It was created to stimulate the “generation of genuine income for the national State from the export of merchandise with low impact on the national supply value chains.”
These regulations enter into force immediately.
