The Ministry of Agroindustry of the Nation reported that it continues to update its virtual training platform on quality, labeling and differentiation of food that enables SMEs in the food sector to provide remote training to their staff free of charge, reducing costs and increasing value to differentiate their products.

For this reason, the organization launched a new course of Traceability for the Food and Beverage Industry which already has 1.147 subscribers, just 15 days after its launch. 

Meanwhile, the statement recalls the following: courses and tutorials Available for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises:

  1. Course on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the Food Industry.
  2. Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) System Course.
  3. Course on Geographical Indications and Denominations of Origin in Argentina.
  4. Course on labeling packaged foods.
  5. Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) course for walnut production.
  6. Course on Good Beekeeping Practices.
  7. Online tutorial on “Managing Yeast for Brewing Use”.
  8. Online tutorial on “Organic Production applied to the Horticultural Chain”.
  9. Online tutorial on “Comprehensive Training in Organic Agriculture”.
  10. Online tutorial on “Organic honey”.
