The General Directorate of Customs resolved new queries on tariff classification of certain goods, within the framework of the powers conferred by articles 4 and 7 of Decree No. 618 of July 10, 1997, its amendments and its supplements, and by virtue of the delegation made to this General Directorate by Provision No. 204 (AFIP) of August 2, 2017.
This is indicated by the General Resolution 5122/2021, published this Friday (24.12.2021) in the Official Gazette, whose annex details the merchandise and respective tariff classifications.
This regulation is in force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
