The National Tax Court established the integration of the tax and customs jurisdiction chambers during the judicial recess, between January 1 and 31, 2022.
This is determined by the Resolution 111/2021 of the autonomous body, published this Monday (27.12.2021) in the Official Gazette, the text of which discloses the Agreement dated December 20, 2021.
The details of the measure adopted are as follows:
