New extraordinary extension of the shipping period for exporters who have joined the Export Increase Program

-

After reinstatement of the Export Increase Program, the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries specified this Tuesday (11.05.2023/XNUMX/XNUMX) a new extraordinary extension for the shipping permit, aimed at facilitating the marketing of soybean-derived products.

This is established by the Resolution 115/2023, published today in the Official Gazette, whose text says: "exporters who have joined the Export Increase Program and who have Foreign Sales Declarations (DJVE) of the products covered and with expiration of the declared shipping period, plus the automatic extension, during the 60 days after the entry into force of this resolution, may request a Extraordinary extension of the boarding period of 60 calendar days".

The regulations clarify: “the request for an extension must be justified for logistical and/or commercial reasons before the Secretariat of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries of the Ministry of Economy.”

Additionally, he points out that is excluded of the Export Increase Program the registration of new operations of Foreign Sales Declarations, DJVE 30 modality, for operational reasons and due to the limited time frame of the aforementioned Program.

The Agriculture portfolio will monitor grain purchase and sale operations in relation to the registration of DJVEs that are within the Program.
