The Federal Public Revenue Administration (AFIP) proceeded to delimit the Puerto Caleta Paula Primary Customs Zone, in the jurisdiction of the Caleta Olivia Customs Division, Province of Santa Cruz, through General Resolution 4834/2020.
The regulations, published this Friday (09.101.2020) in the Official Gazette, reduced this area to a total area of sixteen thousand square meters (16.000 m²), according to the perimeters proposed in the Annex mentioned in Article 1.
The official text clarifies that the measure favors customs control, repealing Annex II of General Resolution No. 3.199. According to the new regulations, the proposed perimeters meet the conditions required for their authorization as a Primary Customs Zone, in accordance with Article 5 of the Customs Code.
This resolution, signed by the head of AFIP, Mercedes Macó del Pont, is effective immediately.
