The Tax Administration Service (SAT) created a Titear account to guide those who want to donate items to Mexico to help those affected by the recent earthquakes.
Through @Paisanosmexico, customs personnel will directly guide those who want to enter merchandise for donation, allowing the process to be made more agile
Basic necessities and personal hygiene items can be brought in as donations. If items subject to regulations are brought in, customs will assist with the process to obtain the respective authorization.
These items can be brought into the country as a donation without paying taxes.
