The General Directorate of Customs proceeded to issue new opinions on tariff classification of certain goods, within the framework of the powers conferred by articles 4 and 7 of Decree No. 618 of July 10, 1997, its amendments and its supplements, and by virtue of the delegation made to this General Directorate by Provision No. 204 (AFIP) of August 2, 2017.
This is indicated by the General Resolution 4945/2021, published this Wednesday (17.03.2021/XNUMX/XNUMX) in the Official Gazette, whose annex details the merchandise and respective tariff classifications.
The provisions are applicable immediately from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
