The General Directorate of Customs issued a resolution regarding consultations on the tariff classification of certain goods traded between the States Parties of MERCOSUR, within the framework of the powers conferred by Articles 4 and 7 of Decree No. 618 of July 10, 1997, its amendments and its supplements, and by virtue of the delegation made to this General Directorate by Provision No. 204 (AFIP) of August 2, 2017.
This is indicated by the General Resolution 5046/2021, published this Monday (09.08.2021/XNUMX/XNUMX) in the Official Gazette, whose annex details the merchandise and respective tariff classifications.
This General Resolution enters into force immediately.
